That web page is bad ass. I wish I could design / build shit like that... And the car too!
I actually think I've seen that car before, at a car show back in the day in Tarpon. I believe at the Classic Corvetters on Alt. 19, IIRC. Oh, and those pics at the park - Anderson Park on US 19

thanks for the site props josh... most of the basic page layout came from a template that i liked. i've just been adding bits and pieces to it over time.
as for the rambler, when my husband brought that car home it was gawd awful. it had been left out in a field to have shrubbery start growing over it, there were rats inhabiting it, and when he pulled it into our garage a spider so big jumped out of it that i actually heard it plop when it hit the floor. but the car was all there and it was solid and the rust on it was mostly surface.
so john built it from the floor up into what you see on that page.
we used to live in tarpon springs so i am sure you would have seen that car around in that area. hr drove that car all over the place. and yes, the pix were taken at anderson park. lol good eye!

Born and raised Tarpon-ite
Grandfather was Chief of Police, Uncle is the current C.O.P. now; god-father is Sgt. at TSPD. Etc, etc. Been around TS a long time; HS Graduate, etc. So I knew the park when I saw the rolling hills!
I remember seeing that kawi green "beast" driving around town - thinking, "Damn, what a stud - street driven!" Too cool.

that car was sweet (arent all of thiers?). i used to race my junk at sunshine spraying the the shit out of it and praying the block didnt break to get into the high sixes. he would drive up, blast a low six like it was nothing and drive home
Wendy, any pics of the nova? i LOVE that car.
yeah, i have some pix of the chevy II... but i am a little weirded out about posting them. john never took many pictures of that car. i don't know why. so for his birthday one year i hired a photog and had pictures taken of the car... with me... in a bikini... lol mmm... yeah, just a lil weird.
