How is he planning on paying for it? Also is he thinking about any extra's? (warrenty,gap, theft protection)

He will either put down a deposit, then finance the rest or trade in his 3k mile Sky Turbo and finance the rest. I doubt he will want an extended warrantee because it's going to get modded right out of the box. I don't know about the rest.
