Im all for John Mccain, he seems to be the only one with a good head and is pro-military.

we currently only buy 10% of our oil from the middle east. The major suppliers are Canada, Mexico and Cock Sucker Chavez. With soaring prices and more companies like Marathon(Quoted in the Article) investing in the project..there should be absolutely no reasons for us NOT to drill in this area......with enough pressure....I think this would really work.

Just think of the countries that would lose billions of dollars from the USA!!

They would be put back into 3rd world status...or lower the price of their oil.

Fuck....maybe WE start selling the oil to other countries for less!!!!

The other big oil companies would jump onboard as well.

Maybe I am being too optomistic(sp?). But it makes too much sense to not move forward with this. If we don't move forward why not use it as a threat against these bastards.....

remember...we must also develop alternative fuels at the same time!

I just see nothing but positives coming from this...what a shot in the arm for a new president(McCain) to gain popularity!!! It would promote so many more jobs and efect so many diffent industries here in the states...and cripple others at the same time...

Bush has done some majr things, like give military personnel a major pay hike, they deserved that. But taking american jobs, and shipping those out of the country and having major companys not pay their fair share of taxes on stuff they sell here, (gotta love the free trade agreement he has in place)...shit, thats all Bush, proposed by the biggest contributions to his campaign. The man single handedly broke this country's backbone in the past 7.4 years as president. Not saying a Dem is going to make it better, but shit we cant get any worse.

 

NAFTA was Clintons baby. and you can't blame Bush without blaming the Congress also. Which is dem controlled and have yet to do shit!
