Little snakes in Tampa
I keep finding these little fuckers around my house. Sometimes the coil up and try to strike at me. Are they little mocasins or poisonous anyone know? They've got a little orangish ring around thier neck and a red/orange belly

If you really piss 'em off they can bite, but it won't really do much - I mean they have teeth but they're pretty damn small. I used to catch em and pick em up and play with 'em in the schoolyard and I never got bit.

Yup, ringneck snake. They won't hurt you. I think as snakes go, they are just ½ a click above an earthworm. My cat, the lil' bastige, uses them as toys. I think they are kind cool little buggers.
