im not a mechanic and ill be the first to say i dont know shit about cars but it looks like your missing a battery and some tubing for the turbo

Lol beyond the turbo size..its carburetted. But there are turbo carb vehicles, it is possible.

Whats unusual IS that one of those turbos arent on my car I like that there just lying there!!! is that in place of solid mounts so the motor stays still???

Yep! Very Possible...Just need the piping to lead to the top of the Carb... But that set up!!!! Is All wrong! LOL! WTF!
