Fastest Ford Tech car?
I put this in the lounge because i'm sure it will attract some shit talking.
There are some fast cars in here....Who is "fast"and why?
Post up some combos and don't forget to tell why yours is better.
...and shinysideup, you rant all you want in hur.

Is this just for currently running cars ?

I'm "hoping" to be fast... I'm also hoping to be able to keep Frankie through our pregnancy and first child's arrival
If that's do-able; then the car is going to be safely able to get into the 9's. It's getting the full cage necessary, the window net, the d/s loop, etc. So it'll be legal for about as fast as my wallet would ever let the car go.
Unfortunately, that wallet's going to have an extra hand dipping into it sooner rather than later... Having said that - if I put it together right now - with a set of used heads - I should realistically be able to go mid to low 11's on motor; 10.50's or better on the gas... My ultimate happiness would be 9.99 with the wheels up on the launch, tracking straight...
Do that, safely, and be able to drive the car to/from a few local cruise ins a few times a year. Drive the car to Fred Howard Beach on the weekend w/my lady even.
Car's pretty light - still has some weight left in it to be removed (door bars, extra metal in doors & fiberglass trunk lid)... But it's not got any amenities - no power, no a/c, no heat, nothing.
