Default Anyone work for statefarm auto?

Getting the basic run around from these guys and just wanted to talk with someone who isn't and idioit.

Seriously just wanted to know if full coverage would cover your hood popping up and smashing your car. They say no it is a manitance problem and we won't do anything. I'm like well it worked fine every time until then and still works today but it some how failed one time how are we supposed to maintain the things that work well?

I fucking hate insurence companies they want all your money and don't want to help when you actually need them.

Comprehensive SHOULD cover it in my OPINION. But I don't work for an insurance company.

Full coverage is just that. Hell they will fix a door ding from a grocery cart if youwant to pay your deductible. All else fails speak to a supervisor of claims

State Farm covered me when my hood flew up...

They put it under comprehensive and even replaced my Cervini, with another Cervini hood, that was damaged by the windshield wiper studs.

Should be covered if you have COMP/COLL coverage.
