The only impressive thing about it is the low-recoil feature. Aside from that, you can build that setup for a couple thousand. I dislike how much they played up the gun to be something crazy different and some 'future weapon'. It isn't really anything we don't already have and utilize.
But wow, that is a seriously low recoil. Very nice design, sleek package. I'd love to rock it.
