Realistically, the car can be made to look nice again. De-yellow the majority of the shit, and pull out a lot of the "ricer" related material(s) - and it'd be a really fun drop top IMO.

Who wouldn't want a black TT drop top, with the top down, cruising the beaches with the summer weather we have here?!

Again, definitely not worth 25k... Nor do I approve of yellow shit everywhere - I'd still jump on it if it were the right price!
