Default Who was the boy that murdered...

I think it was a little girl that he killed, but he was about 12 or 13 years old and hit the smaller/younger child in the head with a large rock, killing her.

I'm trying to look up the details and can't remember the kid's name. I want to say it's Eric something. It's not Lionel Tate. That's the black kid that killed the little girl with "pro wrestling moves." This kid was white..I think he had red hair and freckles. Anybody remember??

On tbo.com today, there's an article about at 12yo boy that beat a 17 *month* old baby to death with a baseball bat. He was babysitting her and she made too much noise while he watched tv.

BTW, in my search, I found out that Lionel Tate, convicted MURDERER, had been released and was put in jail again for armed robbery of a pizza delivery driver AND for assault/battery on a 13yo boy. He's 18. Why is he still breathing???

Wow, that's so incredibly sad and rediculous at the same time. Sounds like a child that has issues with tantrums and what not and mommy and daddy just say it's ok they're just acting out as opposed to making them know it's wrong regardless of how it's done it needs to be known.

Don't even wish to think how fucked up in the head this child must be. I know this might open up a rough debate, but i honestly don't think just sending them to jail is sending the correct message towards these children. Because it's just putting them some where in which they can continue to have these problems and never truely realize what was wrong about it etc. Not by any means saying they don't deserve jail time but i don't think it's exactly the best way to solve matters while they're still in the developemental period.

He was 18 when the armed robbery and beating the 13yo occured. He also brutally murdered a little girl when he was young. If he had 4 legs and fur, he would have taken a dirt nap years ago. The sick fuck should be dead.

Along with this one. Found the info. His name is Eric Smith. He choked/strangled the 4yo boy, then dug up a rock and beat him with it. Poured koolaid on him. Sodomized him with a stick. Then posed his body.

I understand that he was 18 when he did the armed robbery and everything. I was just saying that jail probably didn't do anything to cure his fucked up way of thinking and maybe ever made it worse.....Cause there was obviously something way wrong and just locking him up and letting him out is hardly dealing with his twisted concept of life.

i agree token. jail, in my opinion, would only make someone angrier at life and society and probably make them want to do things lke rob people and beat little kids up. but the problems had to start at home so i think the parents probably didnt try that hard or maybe werent there. the whole jail system is fucked i think

I agree. Throwing a teenager in a place with nothing but other angry, violent teenagers is certainly not helping.

But IMO, a murderer should not be breathing..

I sorry, but I strongly disagree!!! At that age you know right from wrong!
I know he went to school, so if the parents didnt do thier job society teaches life skills also
Jail would of taught him that you follow rules, so to get out and commit new crimes cant blame the parents.
