Default WOW! What A Day...

Well today was a long a$$ day, but well worth it!

Started at 7am, met 91MikeGT at my storage unit at 7:30... After 2 hours of HELL with my Coupe (Project $hit$tang), we finally got it loaded onto the UHAUL car hauler. He and I pushed that fugger up onto the trailer by ourselves, after having to undo the steering column & knuckle, while steering the front wheels/tires by HAND (or foot, whichever was closer, haha). What a fiasco.....

9:30am-ish, we head to "Stang Stroker" aka Gator's place... Move a car, drop off the Coupe ($/$) to him, unload the UHAUL, back up to his truck, load a 302/AOD combo and a ton of misc. accessories into the back of my truck (Thanks TOMMY!! for the help), reload the UHAUL to the truck, and load the CAPRI on it.

1:30pm-ish, Mmmm, Tacos...

1:39pm-ish, OUCH - Tacos

2:30pm-ish, we get to 91MikeGT's place, unload the Capri, move his GT (gorgeous car BTW), unload the UHAUL (again) and back the truck into his garage to drop off the aforementioned 302/AOD/Misc. Acc. stuff from the bed of my truck. Then finally re-load the UHAUL and haul ass about 3pm!

3:30pm-ish, I get back to my house, and... Repeat "1:39pm-ish" - Damn Meh-I-Cans and their Tacos!

3:45pm-ish, I head out over to ODB's place. Stop by, and pickup some remainder parts from him for the FRANKENSTANG project to be completed! BTW - Thanks Pat!

4:15pm-ish, and the rain is headed my way... Better hurry! Get FRANKIE loaded up onto the UHAUL, and load all the parts I've been hunting, collecting, hoarding, and buying! Take off towards All American...

About 5:15pm or so, I get to All American........ Mmmm, Frankie has found his new home (momentarily), and we're on the way to completion! <~~Stay tuned for a detailed build thread, to include tons o' pics and such verrrrrry soon!

After that, there was a ton of things that went down... Foodage, Drinkage, and progress on Frankie!

I wanna say a BIG thanks to Mike (91MikeGT), Gator (Stang Stroker), Tommy (GNs-R-Slow), and Shaun (Na306StAnG) for all your help today and for being stand-up, kick-ass Ford Enthusiats!

That is all for now...

Damn Jo$h, ya really are thorough with your time keeping!!!

Yes the morning was HELL ....That sucked donkey ballz for sure....

The Taco Bell took alil longer to run through me but when it did IT DID!!!

All in all it was an inventful day and things worked out great for all of us.

The only thing I know is I have alot of work ahead of me , but in alil Ill be heading to doods house to talk to him about the swap Im doing and hes got some parts for me. im going to go ahead and test it out as a carb'd car. Hes got an intake that will match my heads good than Ill buy a carb and he also might have a fuel pump for me...Im contimplating on possibly keeping the Capri and the GT a stick shift...Not sure about that yet, my wife said she would really like a stick but thatll cost more money in the long run..Not sure...

But anyways,, Thanks Gator and Jo$h and Tommy for all the help, and Thanks Pat for answering the phone at a quater to 8am on a Sat morning to try and help us!! Like Jo$h said it was a reall PITA kicking the tires to make the darn car turn and pushint it up that steep ass incline onto the trailer, I think I left my right nut in the parking lot, but thats ok dont plan on anymo children!!!!

ALL I KNOW IS I GOT MYSELF A CAPRI FINALLY....
