The World Ford Challenge is now the World Street Challenge. The new website is World Street Challenge - worldstreetchallenge.com and will be up and running in October. The event will be in St. Louis, at Gateway, May 15th thru 18th. It is going to be big. REAL BIG. The press releases are stating there is 10 events in one. The Drag race is open to all brands. Should be wild. There is talk about a motorcycle show, huge car show broken down into 6 categories, and even a bikini contest. Imagine the rest of the show! More information on the rest of the 10 events making the WSC will be out soon.

You could see this coming last year with all of the combo ( import / domestic ) races that were going on. It only makes sense because the Ford only events have been slowly deteriorating for years now after peaking in about 2000.

World Ford Challenge was ridiculous this year. Like 7 cars in the radial tire class.

funny, i remember being @ a FFW event @ BMP when they were pimping WFC1. was there durring a downpour helping Dan from IdleWild hold the tents down chatting it up with the WFC guys..
