I wish I was moving to GA or AL. I'm sick of this friggin heat. My mom is JUST INSIDE the Alabama line, and it's in the 60s at night already.

My wife and kids are already up there and it is the same way. Not to mention the property value up there compared to here. a 200k house up there will run you 500k here.
