look on the bright side, you dont need in intercooler.
you know you could probablly double that horsepower by putting a shop vac on the exhaust

Lets see, my mac daddy gas blower cranks out 420 cfm, that ain't gonna do much for a v8 at 5500 rpm...here's why...

A 302 cubic inch Ford air pump moves .174 cubic feet of air every time it rotates.

Rotate it 5500 times in one minute and > ideally < you move 961 cubic feet of air.

Now granted the cylinders never fill or empty 100% so even if we cut that figure in half, the 420 cfm blower isn't gonna even keep up with the basics...

Seems to me the motor will end up sucking it's own air through the leaf blower when you get charging...

a friend of mine and i once sprayed helium into the intake of his tacoma, it didn't make it sound like a midget, but it did make it idle and sound like a cammed out big block......

mines a 2.3.

but i lost interest in it. we took a leaf blower and blew it into the intake. it was kinda fun but pretty disapointing for all the fuss about it. plus no it didnt make that much of a difrence.

That becuase the maf saw extra air and your tb was shut.Just spray the damn thing.
