Default Sooo.....

Need some help.....On deciding

Basically Im now in the military( MP) and I got a hefty amount for a sign on bonus.I currently have a 2002 Dodge Ram and a 1998 cobra I sold my bike. So anyways Im going to invest/put away some money.But..........

Im selling my truck before I leave and the cobra is staying in the family probably going to my sister or brother or cousin dunno. So Im going to treat myself to a new car when I come home.

These are my Ideas for now.

03 Cobra if I can find a low mileage unmolested one which I plan on heavily modding

06 str8 300 strap a bottle to it with some boltons

06 GTO Very undecided on auto or manual going to do boltons spray

06 srt8 charger strap a bottle to it with some boltons

also was looking at some vettes but doubt I will get one to many drawbacks fr me

HELP!

ok I rode in a 300 SRT 8 on tha bottle very quick and nice!!!

I test drove the Charger SRT 8 also nive bu they're wait slow them down considerably

I test drove an 04 GTO not sure the differences but yea FAST!!

Not sure about the Cobra but no way on tha Vette

But all very nice cars but I would go with the Charger myself cuz I love tha body styling. When it comes to the chrysler there isn't much that sets them apart from tha other 300's at least thats my opinion. The GTO I like cuz its fast but body wise it does nothing for me! Good luck on ur choice man not an easy on at all!

Deff not an easy choice I drove both an 06 and 04 gto the 06 feels alot faster. Ive driven every car listed above thats what makes it even harder to decide on one.

My first choice would be an 05-06 GTO. Very nice interior and the 6spd/LS2. I would think that low mile cars will be plenty and they are not holding their value as well as other models.

Second would be the 03-04 Terminator. Not as refined as the GTO but can be very fast for the mods. These cars are still spendy for low mile minty examples.

Then the vette. Hate the vette if you want but it is a lot of car for the money.

I am not feeling the mopars.

I'd go terminator.I drove an LS2 gto and it felt alright. But basic bolt ons are always nice on a 03-04 cobra.

04 Cobra FTMFW!!

The SRT8's are nice, but they are a totally different class of car than a 2 door; apples and oranges.......and the Cobra owns the GTO and the Vette all the way.....

I guess it really comes down to what you want and what you plan to do....do you want a fast people hauler family car or a sports car?

Like I said though, 04 Cobra all the way. They may be a little more expensive, but you have so many aftermarket part and tuning options out there.....you can be making 500+ RWHP and blowing away those other cars so easily and much cheaper.....

a 03-04 cobra is basicly a built motor from the factory, unless you fell like tearing apart a ls1.I'd go terminator.

Kind of what I was thinking... the SRTs are in a whole different class.

Family and a SRT would be my plan.
Single and a Cobra....

how much do you wanna get rid of the cobra for?

the gto's have lots of electrical problems. i know alot of people who've had all sorts of crazy ass problems. including my mother. all the hemi's are way too big and bulky for me. besides all of them looking like a big brick. I would go with an 03/04 cobra. so easy to mod, sticking with ford, and beautiful cars.

I want a damn 03/04 cobra but I hate the interior it looks the same as my 98 and I doubt im going to find a decently priced low mileage one.... Im probably going with either and 06 m6 gto or a 300 srt8 unless I find the right cobra
