Hello,
The name is Caz. I am originally from Jersey but then moved to Brandon for 2.5 years before joining the Marine Corps. I will be getting out in January and will make my way back to Tampa/Brandon/Riverview as it is where the wife is from. Hopefully I find a job soon before cars get taken away.
Anyways,
I own a 2001 Mustang GT which I am trying to set up for road race. I also own a 2011 Lancer GTS as a daily driver which means the wife drives it. I hope to enjoy the car culture here in the Hillsborough county as much as I did in Cali. Hope to meet you guys soon.

Welcome to the site. You will find a small but good group on here that likes to Road Race and Autocross. The SCCA, PBOC, FAST and other schools are really active here in Central FL as well. Enjoy.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.
