Default Hello~!

Hello everyone, I have a friend who recommended me to come hang out here. I am a muscle car lover but due to my current financial situations I have to cope with my newly purchased 2001 Miata. I was told this is a great place to learn more about my car and getting the most out of it that I can. Doesn't seem to be much love for the Mazda drivers as I noticed their forum is quite...inactive. I guess I'll start with my questions here!
1) Going to knock stuff out piece by piece. From my research getting a CAI for the miata is next to pointless, though a catback or header-back exhaust systems seems to be a good selection for a first part. What would the drivers of TR recommend?

Welcome to the site.

Check out the tech section with your questions, do a search, if you don't find anything, post up.

There are a few Miata members that hang out in our Autox/Road Racing section. You might want to find them, PM them, etc.

What is the muscle car that you are planning to have one day?

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.
