My nick comes from my project car that I am in the process of building. It is a 1987 Mazda RX7 that currently has a 3.4 Camaro V6 and GM T5 trans. I am building a bored and stroked Ford 5.0 to swap in. It will displace 347 cu in when it's done. I plan to use afr 165 or 185 heads, air gap 4 bbl intake and a demon carb. I'll post pictures when it's done. Most of you will know about or hear about it when it's done too.

Thanks for the welcom. I expected to get blasted by 2 groups, the die hard import guys and the stang guys! I don't care if it s a yugo as long as I can make it fast! (well that's a little too far but you get the idea).

Sorry, 92cx... I didn't think YOU were blasting me...just meant I expceted it and a lot more than I got. Gotta be careful though some of those "glorified supercharger" run some impressive numbers. Check out that little yellow RX3 or whatever the hell it is at sunshine sometime.

 

Oh Yeah bought the poor 7 that way running for $150...being a mechanic has it's benefits
