Vintage Motorsport contributor Bill Stoler is at it again. This time he traveled to New Jersey Motorsports Park for the annual VRG New Jersey Historics. Look for more of his coverage in an upcoming issue of Vintage Motorsport.

The Vintage and Small Bore group thunders past the start finish with some spirited side-by-side action.

More clean and exciting action among the drivers in the Historic Mid-Bore (under 2.5L) group down the front straight.

John Thompson (1988 Lola T88/90 #14) and Brent Gernert (1991 Swift DB5 #70) lead the pack of Sports 2000 racers under the bridge.

It doesn’t get much closer that this crossing start/finish – Alan Buttrick (1971 Lola T202 #31) and Joseph Griffin (1981 Crossle 45F #23)
