La Verne Cool Cruise
Our fourth time covering the La Verne Cool Cruise, a gathering of hot rod's finest, and one of our favorite shows to cover. Traditionally held the day before Easter Sunday, it has been held for the past 21 years in Old Town La Verne, where hot rods, classics, and muscle cars fill D Street and the surrounding areas.

It seems like this year, the turnout was a whole lot bigger. There were cars lining up for 3 or 4 blocks to get in! This is definitely one of Southern California's greatest car shows, and one that never fails to amaze us! Highlights: 2:46 - Jack Williams' 1951 Mercury Lead Sled 3:12 - Blown 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle 3:37 - CVC Customs Chevrolet Flatbed Truck 5:25 - 1974 Datsun 260Z 5:36 - 1948 Ford Anglia Panel Van Hot Rod 6:35 - 1952 Buick 8:35 - 1970 Mercury Cougar and 1975 Cadillac Hearse Hot Rod 10:49 - Sultans Long Beach Car Club 12:36 - Chopped Volkswagen Beetle 13:55 - Pasadena Police Department 1968 Dodge Coronet 15:07 - Chevrolet Camaro Rally Sport and 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1 16:17 - Pro Street 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air 18:59 - Blown Pro Street Austin!
