I attended the first Women Riders Weekend Bash in Homosassa, Fl. Talk about having an AWESOME three days! Over 160 women from all around the U.S. attended. Some rode in from California, Wisconsin, Virginia, and many states in between

Friday started with a buffet dinner with guest speakers, prize drawings and a meet and greet at the Plantation Inn.

Sunday we enjoyed a country breakfast at Crystal River Harley, followed by roadside medical training, a photo session and blessings of the bikes. We took a ride down the Ozello Trail then returned to High Octane for some more drawings and fun. Monday a few went to Cedar Key while the rest of us started our journeys home.

Hats off to Road Queen, Linda Dalton, and everyone who helped her put this together. It was incredible meeting women riders from all over. New friendships were formed. I am already looking forward to next year’s event!
