Tanks: Slow-moving weapons capable of inflicting massive destruction; a giant cannon wrapped around a body of heavy, impenetrable armor. Arnold Schwarzenegger once used one to crush a child’s pink bicycle.
But a drift machine? Surely not.
The tank you see here is the Ripsaw EV2, a new creation from the mad hats at Howe & Howe — a group that specializes in building bizarre military-grade machines for every occasion. (Are you injured and in need of a tank wheelchair? Howe’s got you covered.)
Details of the EV2 are scarce; the outgoing EV1 featured a 6.6-liter Duramax V-8 diesel so figure this will house something similar. More to the point, did we mention this thing drifts?
Yes, the Ripsaw EV2 can jump, smash through trees, and do big skids like Ken Block during an apocalypse. It’s the toy you’ve always dreamed of, and it conjures up thoughts entirely opposing to those you’d typically associate with a tank.
No word yet on pricing, but you know what they say: If you have to ask how much a giant, crazy tank costs… just ask Arnie.
