SteveOO are we doing drag that night also? If so all the more reason to get there earlier.



Drivers: meeting is 6:30 sharp. going over new driver classes and track rules for 2011. we should have them posted prior to the event.

I'm gonna pop the question to my dad tonight if I can borrow a dealer tag to go to this haha. I'm hoping I can. I still have the tires and gas that were supposed to be burnt up at Desoto

 

So if theres a cap does that mean first come first served?

 

Yep, best to get there early. Gates will open for drivers at 5pm, 6:30 we will do the meeting, 7 sharp we start sliding.

 

This will be the course layout:



The course will be extended with cones at loop to extend drivers further out. The line is tighter and should result in a more exciting driving, and better tandem. Beginner drivers will run a reduced difficulty course.

 

Hey I had this idea but not sure if it's do-able. Maybe for practice days were you guys have the pits to the side of the NOS box or whatever, you guys could setup like a noob course or something in the back lot that acts as pits during competitions. You could have just like a simple cone layout with a figure 8 for warming up or just noobs like me. Might not work, but just throwing the idea out there.

 

If I can find an exhaust, some spare wheels, and a diff in time for this event, I'll come out and drive.

Who wants to help me in acquiring these things, so I can drive this event?
