Pat u just need to hire some help your getting to overwhelmed with people's wanting there footage and you can't deliver! You should have rock help u or something lol being an independant film maker dowsing mean you have to work alone most excuse me the majority of independent film makers have a small crew more filmers someone to do sound and someone to edit not trying to bust your balls but ur moving to slow meet upwith peopes expectations and demands even if you want it to be perfect then do it lol y do fine alone but if you found someone to help out you can pump out ur 3min Desoto or sebring bids in a day not a week and a half and stop being greedy with some footage you don't have to. Film new shit for ur projects because someone used clips or requests footage don't take this the wrong wy pat I know how you can be I'm just saying from my perspective that these things could benefit you more and makethings less stressful just an opinion...
