to him a car with wheels and on a track is a race car... don't matter if it's a 86, a 240, a legos car, or a dump truck with racing stripes...

and i sat in the stands when i got done qualifying (if you can call it that), and i heard the music loud and clear, hell a 1 y/o was shaking his diaper to ass and titties, with his dad standing right behind him shaking his head, just cuz we're roughnecks, doesn't mean people who come out to watch are... the signs were funny as hell though!

not really bitching, just saying, i wouldn't want my kid around it... when he's older yeah...

 

i did shitty my first run, mainly was letting go of the wheel and the anglemod doesnt have the clearance= got wheels jambed at full lock.

next run i didnt let it fly like that and only had it happen once.

next run, i didnt drift.

yes as a driver POV for the comp, i think there is a lot that needs to be changed and we can get a lot more runs done.
1. Start course layout from the beginning (no open track, this was partially my fault)
2. Ten drivers per group, no need for number order until qualy
3. Shorter course so runs are quicker and not so much to link.
4. Less vulgar music sounds good maybe, or at least the radio edits?
5. Gates open 1hr before track goes hot would be NICE.

as far as ride-a-longs, this is still fairly restricted at most events, know that. Desoto usually allows ride-a-longs but for this competition, it was decided to try to let drivers focus on the course, competitions never have riders during the comp/prac/qualifying.

lulz. I did a bit more than convert to sepia. I did my own B&W then added a warmer tone to it.
