i have a degree in progress at MCC for media and telacomm wich im majoring in writing & directing but i have taken many camera classes as far as angle and lighting and shit... you dont need a camera thats super good to make a low budget or no budget movie if your going to be doing somethign serious thats when you start going into the high dollar shit with 3ccd & 24p and shit to get a good qual but you can do some good shit with what you have esp if you have a plan of attack and a few cameras so you are not shooting in the same spot... thats how footage gets boring if you have 2 people with cameras and just edit the shit together you can get a good final product i have a little BS car mount camera as well you can use just as long as you have your OWN SD card for the footage and some AAA batterys for the camera as far as finding people im sure most anyone on here is willing to help drive for you and give you some input on some ideas... you should just do a mini little tour kinda like Slide america but do like Tampa/stpte drifters then come down to bradenton then srq becuase i think alot of us have differnt input and diff style and shit soo your not just getting the view on drifting from a groupe of locals thats just a thought tho
