this car is 100% legal and hat's off to having the resources to push the rulebook to the limit.
people have been following the rulebook like this for years. every car with tubbed fenders is just as 100% LEGAL as sam's new car, every car with carbon doors, lexan, missing backseats, cut out wheelwells with fiberglass overfenders is just as legal as sams new car.
this car is not tube chassis people, the stock framerails/struttowers/floorboards are all there.
this car does piss off a lot of people because in their closed minded ignorance as to the true freedom of the rulebook has limited their builds in the past. theres been a lot of people (myself included) wanting to do this for years but Carlson/Nuformz is the 1st team with the capability to do this, and hats off to them!

stupid rule, but broken rule.
charger at least followed what the rule outlined as acceptable.
i do get sick though of people who don't actually know the rulebook calling the charger illegal. its totally legal, just nobody has pushed the limits that much. im sure the 2011 rulebook will be a lot more specific, someone pushes rules every year and they have to clarify, but the challenger really went nuts with it.
honeslty i'd like to see more stuff like teh challenger. yeah it makes it to where the grassroots guy doesn't have a crazy car, but in reality that doesn't matter and this is a pro series, nice to see pro-quality stuff.
