ok this is the gayest shit i've ever seen, i thought tr was bad, but it has been eclipsed. lol everyone on here should join. below are some quotes from people on that site. link at bottom.

3) I'll agree, most people I've seen do burnouts and try to street drag in a *crackerbox *crackerbox *crackerbox civic*** makes my head hurt. Thing is they dont understand that their cars are meant to run courses, not 0-60s and 1/4 miles. Still I'll credit them that its fun to run in a disadvantaging situation.
4) Just because a car is "stock" or not "sporty" doesnt mean it cant drift. In racing, when you turn, a good driver carries inertia with him into a turn, bleeding and adding depending on circumstances. Its not about how much HP you have (I laugh at HP numbers), but how you apply TQ to the ground. HP mearly says "I can apply this much torque up to this much RPM". Honestly, its good to be able to rev up to 10k, but its totally unnessesary. (sp?) As long as you have enough inertia when you enter the turn and divert it appropriately, you'll drift fine. Perhaps its better to explain that its not about having the "best" platform or the coolest upgrades, but instead whether you can drive the car well as-is.
5) Honestly, I dont think most RWD drivers know how to properly use LFB. Most I've seen rather wreak havoc to their drivetrains with clutch-kicking and unnessesary powershifting. These things work, but often leads to broked cars and dumb looks from rich kids whom have little else as far as learned skills. Scandanavian flick? Maybe, but beyond that, they're hoping for powerover action to augment their lack of driving skill variety. Granted, you'll always have a few who can "slide like Bunta" but they're kinda rare in a world that just relys on sheer HP numbers to get the job done. (damn, am I back to that again? :Smiley )

Anyways, dont hate if you cant drift FWD. Most RWD ppl cant do it anyways since they dont know what to do with understeer. And not everyone is a ricer, just the ones who want to look cool instead of making a better car/driver combo.
