You can try the place off bearass after the railroad tracks, i know they powerd coat. Not quite sure of the name though or if they sandblast, but im sure if they powder coat they sand blast. gl

 

Brothers Powder coating out in NPR. Search Yellowpages.com. They do good work and it is relatively inexpensive. You can also try Procoat but they will be a bit more pricey.
