i think they make most cars looks pretty industrial and mean. not the best looking rims but i do like them.

function over form?lets see..a 40 pound wheel with negative 30 offset=tearing the shit out of your wheel bearings to complete hell.

negative 10 offset forged alloy wheel =only slightly tearing up your wheel bearings but meanwhile your car does not look like it belongs in a oval track race on grudge night sunday

EDIT
speaking of steelies, couldnt you just flip your steelies around on some spacers and have the same thing

I agree with Jordan to an extent, they are cheap. Good rims to slide or Auto-X on but I would not use them for daily purposes because they are uglier than hell.
