on the super cheapo. i dont need it that bad so no stupid high prices please.

master and slave cylinder.
hard lines.
pedal assm.
transmission.
clutch/pressure plate/flywheel.
bearings.
clutch fork.
shifter and assm.
drive shaft.
maybe the ecu if its for the 5M.
as far as i know the parts needed can come from the 2nd gen celica supras with the 5mg, 3rd gen supras with the 7mg or the very few cressidas that came with the manual tranny.

I've got another W series transmission, croxxmember, trans mount and some other parts.
You don't need an ECU for 5-speed converison, you just need to remove the traction control/load holding cable from the intake manifold.
