You are right ...Your living situation sould be better then you vehicle... but in my case... I OWN my own house! Its not in the ghetto. I bought it $10,000 Less then appreisal, Put $10,000 more to remodel! Now it appraise at $20,000 more so.... that $30,000 profit if i sell......... oh and condos are being built across the street = more profit ... SO GHETTO FAB DOESN'T SEEM TO FIT!

Yea, I guess u can say the neighborhood is pretty shit, especially since its still an up and coming developement, 2 my neighborhood have H3 and another has a newer CL500. 1 mans trash = 1 mans treasure, You see ghetto but I pocket $50,000! Not bad for a 1st time buyer and Im actually look at buyin another house as we speak! Next time i throw a party you are welcome over have a good time, dance, drink and see me and my house are far from ghetto.

BTW - Condo is a fancy word for apartment. It means you own 1 wall..... 2 walls if you are lucky. You share the rest of the walls with strangers. Hater is the term isn't it! lol I had to fuck with you on that homie! I sorry! lol
