Its getting there...so far everytime Ive drifted it for more than a few minutes it breaks but its getting to the point where the entire drivetrain is almost new lol. It has a REALLY short wheelbase right now so its really snappy high angle really fast. I think it will be better sideways after I stretch the wheelbase. But yeah I slide it.

Jason, It's a VW. What do you expect? Of course its going to brake. Not to mention pushing a car like that and it being air cooled!?!? Forget it.

I'll forwarn you becareful with Fischer Buggies and their pricing etc. I used to go to Total Performance and only them. They've moved off of Osborne in Tampa I belive. Talk to Tom. He's a good guy.

That Oval is SIIIICK. I had a 76 Super beetle. Good car. Fast, and I could get the front wheels off the ground. Theres a web site on Myspace where all the guys purposly let their cars rust, and most of them are sick fast and nice looking. I'll link you the page.

doing a wheelie while drifting would be cool. put some sort of swing arm under the car so the front axle can stay on the ground while doing a wheelie.

or put a ls1/t56 in it and add mikespeed steering angle ftw.
