i could do it too

phone pics suck..... but oh well

some radius cuts for a tight bend, 16 gauge. 1/16 tungsten, .035 321ss wire. 6 cup, 15 cfh flow, 6 cfh purge. 70amps



here is a root pass on some pipe, just running a bead, a welding token not meant for actual use, pipes aren't beveled or cleaned, just a test pass.
sch 10 ss304 pipe, 115 amps, 3/32 tung, 1/16 ss321 wire, 8 cup, 15 cfh flow, 6 cfh purge.



Here is the easy welds, fillet weld. carbon steel flange, sch 10 ss304 pipe.


here is just messing around, welding coke cans together, i don;t remember what settings or size of the tung i used. Again no cleaning just testing and having fun on honda-tech.



I have some razor blade pics somewhere. i have to find them.
