Funk im currently working on the business proposal. I can say I have money, but until I know a estimated figure for what im trying to do Im going to just continue to get info and when I know then i'll be able to say if this is feasable for me or out of my league.

If you are planning on building a track, it will cost about 2-3 million, and that's if you can get zoning....

 

Im sure it could be done for less.

2-3 million is the easy part like Ricerocket pointed out. Zoning.....well, good luck on that. That will probably be the single hardest part to overcome. With the amount of land growth and pricing, you will be lucky to find anything within a 100miles from Tampa. This idea has been gone around for a while, to my knowledge, someone bought over 20 some acres of land and was unable to get zoning. Keep in mind that the land was bought out in BFE.
