As you all know, I am the owner of Driven Concepts, LLC, With the importance of the following subject, we believe TR and TR members should be fully informed of the seriousness.

Driven Concepts was broken into on May 2nd of 2006. Approximately $15,000 was stolen from our store front right on Hillsborough Ave. After ONLY 3 days, the Tampa Police Department was able to solve the case and apprehend the people involved.

The reason why we believe the importance of TR and members of TR to know what took place is because Arthur Scott, also known as - AJ, Spoony, etc was the mastermind behind the break in. Spoony is a frequent visitor of Tampa Racing and Tampa Forums. He has sold MANY stolen parts via TR and I hope with this post and evidence behind what he has done to us, TR will take all necessary precautions to keep him off the forums and prevent him from using TR as a venue to sell parts that are stolen.

Spoony is currently held in the Hillsborough County Jail pending trial or bail. Spoony was in contact with a local prostitute, whom introduced a homeless guy and was paid $500 to break into our store front. A large rock was thrown and broke a large pane of window facing Hillsborough Ave. The homeless man entered the shop a total of 2 times, first time he was able to take out our 42 inch LG plasma TV, the 2nd time around, he was able to clean out not only what was in our cash drawer, but also our display case, which included just about one of every boost controller, fuel controller, etc.

The Tampa Police Department was able to solve the case due to the arrest of the said prostitute on May 4th of 2006. To keep herself out of jail, she gave the information to the officers and they were able to also arrest the homeless man whom broke into our shop. The officers showed up at Spoony's residence and arrested him while he was WATCHING our TV.

I hope with this thread, people will stay away from Spoony, not purchase anything from him. If this can be done, he will not have the ability to survive by selling stolen items.

He has been caught many times before.Since his last arrest two months ago on www.hcso.tampa.fl.us , he has also been arrested 4 times in counties other than Hillsborough.If any one see's SPOONY on the streets (obviously he'll be back out sometime looking at his arrest record) punch him in the throat for me, seeing as how i had to clean up the homeless mans mess he left us.I found glass in places you wouldn't imagine.
