OK,
Here's what i'm gonna do. I'm gonna keep the plans for the honda...and get an FR MT and learn drifting with it. I dont know what car yet so yeah. i just dont want a 240SX. Probably an '02 S2000 that i can buy for a cheap 12gz
lol ok, so i like hondas. But yeah once i'm good with the FR types I'll step it up and go for the FF's. Should be interesting.

If you are new to the sport DO NOT GET AN S2000!!! You are not quick enough to drive that gokart. And for you FF aspirations. You will put too much into into it to be worth while. In the end you'll have a car that sucks. Keep the FF for AutoX, great idea. Just don't slide it. I know from past experiences. So don't defend your FF drift dreams because it won't happen. If you have $12k to spend buy a $5k car and put $7k into it and you'll be fucking happy with yourself. There's a bit of nice rwd cars for $5k. Just look. Before you buy make sure there is non-expensive aftermarket support. I'm not talking about Ground control shock sleeves, but good quality inexpensive parts.

i'm no drifter, but in my opinion...oversteer is what drifting is based on...that means FR...sure its possible to do it with FF...but only if you're hardcore...lol..like super saiyan japo or somethin...i've seen some jap videos of driftin civic hatches...but still FR is the way to go if you wanna get sideways...and dont bash 40s man...no offense but accords aren't anything special...especially not the family sedan...if you have 12gs to drop get a cheap s13 and SR that shit...you'll still have some change left over..

see thats lame ff drifting. it's just high entry speed and a lot of e brake. i mean e brake is good for adjusting angle mid drift and initiating, but just staying on it the whole way through a turn is gay. find vids of ef's not using the ebrake and just a lot of weight shift and high entry speed. wheres that damn sekia hills video.

Whatever. Drift is drift. To me drifting means having fun sliding through turns with mad oversteer and blazing tires, FF, MR, RR, AWD or FR.
