My little story about jan 20 and 21
OK where to start.
jan 20 9am, No reply email about getting into OSW for drift(I paid too late with full drivers list) so I figure I am not driving @ the event. 3:00 I leave early from work to go to ACE and pick up some random 240 parts(I live in sarasota). 4:45,I arive after leaving @ 4.
Dude forgot to pull my parts so I wait a half hour. jan 20 8:45, After dinner I get a call from HachiBill, "dude, casey's car is fuckedR so you are getting his spot you gonna go?", me: "yea, shit Ill go" Then I remeber that I had left EVERYTHING(tools, wheels and extra tires) at my shop because I was not going to the event. geez. Ok so I call my boss. no answer after like 90 calls. so I text him and he replies right away(wtfM
OK come get the keys Im at a bar in south sarasota. ok thats fair so I drive 30 mins to get the keys, get my shit out the shop, my good
friend from XY racing met me and carried most of it in his civic. A big thank you Xewie(see way). THEN I had to drive to my storage to get some more wheels and stuff them in the 240. THEN drive 20 back to the bar, drop off keys, and 30 mins later I get home. way late. go to bed.

4:45 wake up. this sucks Im sleepy. Jess my girlfriend started getting ready 4!!!!!!! ok leaving time goal is 530.

we get on the highway @ like 6:30 OK gonna be late. the one time I needed to be early I am going to be late. whatever.
7:30. 90 on 75, doing ok. I notice the road just got really dusty AND WAMMMMMM. WTF!!???!! their is some big ass rocks on the road ALL OVER THE PLACE. SO i pulled some jameseses Bond out and swerved like a champ. then the car in the middle lane throws up a HUGE rock right at my windscreen and I barely miss it. that sucked.
8:30 Pull up to the gate @OSW to find out that casey's car is running great and I just drove to orlando for nuttn. 9:30 Someone doesnt shop up and I get to drift!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!YAY!!!!, so I go back to the car to find the the large BANG from the rocks on 75 was my TOMS edition RAYS on the passenger side have been dented. I am really sad at this point in time. Those wheels were not made past 92. nor sold in the states. BOO THAT ROCK. Oh well, It is not that bad.
10:00 First run. first time I transition from flat to bank I feel lots of in-lift from my very worn out vlsd that does not like large tires(but i do). I thought maybe throwing a handfull of nickels in the diff might help at this point
Time to install the ol "LARGO LOCKER" when I get home.

4:00ish Last run for the day, I deside to take "ONE MORE BANK" on tires that just dont have it in them, (3rd gear feint on back side) LEFT, RIGHT, fuck. rear slipped out when I was tossing the weight. give it up bitch; the wall jack moved me. oh well. First big crash evar!!!
4:05ish damage assesment.
one mega trashed VSPL and hot pipe.....check
two broken headlights..........check
way bent core support....check
cracked carbon hood......check
Bill trying to take my pipe couplers to fix his car........check
scuffed fender......checked
big hug from Taylor....check
broken spirit.........NEVER!!!
well, I had to drive it home NA with one headlight wedged in the core support, tied down by a trash bag. Soo clean looking. Think I may keep it.
