When Jay got his street racing ticket (the charges were dropped..) in Pinellas, we called Tye Trainer...he told us to call Richard Alaxander in Pinellas. Maybe this'll help you. It'd at least be worth a shot to give him a call. He's located in Duniden, pretty close to GearHead Performance from what I remember.
