f-u

wrx motor will go in tomorrow, had to get some gaskets for the motor today

go kart just needs some random welding, al was gonna come over with his TIG but hes unreliable, so now i have to wait til my WRX is running and I get a tag for my trailor so i can transport it somewhere

what 240s?

datsun will be painted after the WRX and go kart is done.

Mark- you said you need a welder to do 1/4" right. Let me know one weekend or evening I have this http://www.hobartwelders.com/products/handler140.html and its SUPPOSED to do 1/4" although I've never done anything that thick with it. I figure if you do TWO passes it'll be golden. Holla.

EDIT: since you sincerely offered to come help me out when I was putting together my car I am returning the gesture.

thanks, but you REALLY need 220v and gas for doing anything like that.

well my dad has a traditional stick welder that will EASILY weld thicker than 1/4" but unless you have a 220 hook up at the house you'll have to drive all the way out here to Dade City.
