I know how hard it is, and you are doing the right thing i guess...in the weird twisted world of ours. He should pay for your car, imo.
I would have called the cops, and told them he threatened to kill you before hand, and then cut you off and slammed on the brakes, and hope he ends up in jail.

jordan...jordan....jordan!!! its not marlons fault that you cant drive!! just cuz you can drift a little 2000 pound car doesnt mean you can race it. i think you should have put your car in the wall and not hit the lightning...but thats just me. You should have done one of your crazy drifts, that would have been pretty cool
