I have them on now and i think they suck, not for traction but for the fact that the sidewall flexes alot and you understeer if you have them up front or they hop when you have them in the back, i would look for something with more than a 1ply sidewall. They are a good everyday tire though, last long and have pretty good grip in dry/rain weather.

wow, look at longfellow getting technical talking about 1ply sidewall!

snow tires dont' like heat. they fall apart and get very greasy. i'm not a fan at all.

you could buy a kumho 711 for the rear and a kumho spt for the front and be much better off for KA style.

^ Well using winter tires for drifting isnt just a financial "solution", it's also can be experimental, just like any all-season, summer tires.
