the one where rob, me, taka, steve, and a few others went out last year at the old spot was the best hurricane drift ever, when rob and I were tandem and i was manji down the straight like it wasnt no thang

I hate driving in the rain too. I totalled an MR2 on I95 last year in the rain. I dont mind a light shower, or when im not in any danger...but driving on the roads with the other idiots in heavy rain is scary. seriously. death waiting to happen.

As far as parking lots go, what happens if you get caught drifting in a parking lot? I dont need my car impounded, or license revoked. Or put in jail for tresspassing.
