Someone asked a while back if it could be done.. the answer (as I stated before) was YES. Chunki Bai had the same set up in his own personal S15, but his was turboed.

This months Issue of S.S. Features a car w a S14 SR20DE bottom end and a S13SR20DET Head.. Compression is 10:1 Check this write up out.. this fucking thing is SICK !

Enjoy/Discuss...

???
I was under the impression ALL nissan turbo motors are 8.5-1 stock. Im sure they are.
Tell you what though, the guy who built that motor is kind of an idiot. The N/A sr20 bottom ends arnet built as much as the det, like no oil suirters and rods that are not as beefy. I know because i have an sr20de sitting in pieces right here. . . .

All he had to do was change the pistons or use a Tomei .6mm head gasket. Both of those would have had the same effect. . . .

why in the hell do you think s15 motor's make 250hp at only 8psi?????? basically its an NAT with the turbo bottom end, just higher compression pistons.
