Thanks everyone for the compliments.... During session 1, I was learning the car, but than session 2 (when I had my own offroad expedition) I had switched to some sticky Falkens, and at first it seemed like a bad idea, but it actually made me change my driving habits compated to session 1. And for the 3rd session, when I had the shitty tires back on....well......let's just say I put on an awesome show for those that were still there, and I stepped it up about 2 notches.

Now I contimplate.....after my 3rd session......would I still be considered a beginner?

My 3rd session was so good, that the Grassroots Motorsports dude rode with me, and got my background info for a possible magazine article (because of my Auto-X background, etc).....cool beans!

BTW: Turn 1 still pwns me....

Charles

possibly dec 18th.....not confirmed yet, but i'm sure the 40 spots will fill quickly, as this event sold out 2 weeks in advance,

4 weekends in December.

dec 4-5th (kinda too soon)
dec 11-12th (you said you have a booth @ HIN)
dec 18-19th OPEN
dec 25-26th (after christmas, and eric said "before christmas")

educated guess?

ive talked to a bit of people and a lot of them said they couldnt make it to anything that soon. esp dec. unless its a christmas present and its free. but quite a few people said that late january would probably be the best time financial wise cause you know a lot of people that attend the events are normal people that dont have a whole lot of money.

december is going to be VERY tough but im going to work on it...i doubt though that alot of people would show up the weekend before xmas. most people are pretty broke right before xmas. and plus, theres also kind of something else going on that weekend as well...but well see.

we'll try. no promises
