Default anxious for dday

So how many beginners out there are kinda nervous about looking like a gigantic moron drifting for the first time?

I'm just kinda worried about my tires.

They are pirelli 205/60r 15s.
I don't care if they wear, I just don't want a blowout.

What kind of tire pressure should I be running?

Once you see everyone going off and/or spinning, it'll put your mind at ease. I'm sure that there will be people there to give you pointers as well. As long as your tires are in good shape, you should be fine. Just keep an eye on them between runs. Your tire pressure should probably be on the high end of spec listed on the sidewall.

I too have been anxious.... but I decided to spend my time studing the track and coming up with a plan of attack. I outlined it here:

haha, hopefully I can be successful with spinning out that often.
I have been trying to practice around turns when the pavement is wet from sprinklers, but that damn open diff! inside tire spins like crazy.

I haven't tried with the ebrake yet though.
