And I was trying to say this whole thread is shot. The place is alrerady given away. Don't you know anything about tampa cops? They definitely read this forum and they definitely have nothing else to do besides go out and bust you.

That place was pretty cop free because no one ever named it. The cops know about the bikers on the weekends during the afternoon. Now they know to look for us.

I was PM'd the spot but, I don't know if I will go there anytime soon. I don't exactly need police stopping me anytime soon...

 

damn straight. all i hear from my contacts in california is how they bitch about their great mountain roads they have, and how they have like five max. go on runs every night, usually a 240 or two, a civic or two and occasionally a wrx or a corolla. they bitch about how amateur drivers come out and try to show off (much in teh same way the ricers ruined the straight line street races), and now the cops own the mountain roads and scene is busted.


i'd rather wreck and be alone in the dark for a while, than have 15 tagalongs screwing up my spot. besides, you losers will drive all over the bay area for hours at a time, but wont spend a 45 min drive out to my area and wont get hassled.

actually if anyone is really really really interested, there's a place quite far inland, (i.e. near avon park :o ) that is like a whole street grid for a planned city/subdivision that never got off the ground. a couple good miles of nothing but squares of streets, most have been turned into 45* to 90* corners since there's no traffic. only thing out there is 4 wheeler rednecks that dont care, they do the same thing.

Hey dan, I believe I know where your talking about, a lot of street bikes go out there to race I believe. +1 on the driving for hours to race but too dumb to drive for 45 minutes out into the country where no one will hassel them.

 

Dan: we know about that place. it eats tires. But I'd rather have worn tires than a worn wallet.
