Smile Rallycross THIS weekend! (28th)

come get your dirt drift on! Yeah I know we all have lowered stiff cars, but thats why they have RENTAL cars with full insurance! (on a side note, never buy a car the was previously a rental)

Loads of fun! Anyone who wants to get in on the rental action post here to find people to share the car with.

Cool!
If I was 21 and could rent a car, I'd be there tearin' it up!

Is there a way to get one of these waivers for under 19 before the event so I can get it signed, or can I only participate if the parents are present at the time of the event?

send a email to the guys incharge:
http://planetarydomination.com/Rally/Contacts.htm

Most the autocrosses have a form you can fill out and I don't know why this would be any different. Shoot them a email and find out what you need to do.

What kind of surface is it exactly? I've been wanting to tear it up in the dirt lately.

last event it was a mixture of packed dirt with grass, sand and a little bit of mud- a few corners got really soft and tore up from all the people going around them sideways.... Last event it was really dry but its been raining a lot more lately so expect a more mud and the track will probably stay in place better and not be so dusty. Its basicly a field they setup a course in and you run around in it.

here's a link to a bunch of pics from the last event

Here's a pic of the course map

(theres a lot of alternate paths drawn in)

hope this helps
