which motor for an ae86

Getting ready for an sr5 conversion and building project on paper. Trying to decide on powertrain. 16v, 20v, or 3sgte. What are your thoughts. The car will be setup for drift destruction (learning and practicing)

16v. they are indestructable and incredibly cheap.

Yes 16V all day . If you want a lil more more get a 10.3:1 bottom end , shave the largeport head , cams and Celica 250cc injectors .

I would go with the 4ag, since they are fairly cheap! I wouldn't go with the most expensive swap just yet, because of the whole learning thing. (Check ebay, for the silvertop)
