Default Are blown JIC magics fixable? need help!

I have a set of JIC magic, Adjustable coilovers but my front left side got blown, i have been told that they could be fixed, but i really dont know. I need help, There is a drift showoff coming to my area and i really want to participate.

99% of aftermarket shock companies will re valve them/ seal/ etc for a cost.
